So often times, we always find it hard to take the first step to achieving our own dreams. It is most often a very difficult move to make as there a various mental emotions and obstacles to overcome. When it comes to making money online, many times I have heard from my fellow friends who are so interested in learning more about how it goes but are reluctant to even take serious actions into putting it to reality. Why is this? Even so, I have witness many internet marketers and bloggers who are making a decent income online but are unwilling to climb onto a higher step because they fear that the higher they go about climbing , the greater the fall will be when they fail.

Are all this just mental projections of your own mind, foreseeing circumstances that you are even unsure of? Instead of putting much attention on the negative aspects, why not that you redirect your thoughts to a much more positive protrusion of what you believe you will eventually achieve.

Don’t panic just yet! I am at no point crazy when I really meant that I am about to ask and literally answer my own questions. It’s 8.15 pm ( GMT +8 ) right now.. I have another 15 minutes more to spare before I head out.. I am in the middle of transferring some major files with my FTP client.. not to waste any of my precious time, I have decided to come up with a short interview post for myself. Yes, you heard me… I am interviewing myself =)

What have you been up to, Febap Liew?

I have been very busy lately getting ideas, feedbacks and working on some of my internet businesses online. I really do have so many to handle but I am really enjoying every bit of it. Lately, I am working on another set of project of mine. I have decided to come up with my first e-commerce internet business that sells my own personal designed postcards. Yes! I design and I am a designer by nature. I have always had the idea of selling my own artwork and creation especially postcards done by me. I believe it will be quite a challenge because I literally have to set up a whole enterprise of business up on my own. =) Hopefully things will go well for me there.

Wow~what made you had the idea of selling postcards? Why postcards?

The truth is that I started out working during my spare time, drawing, editing and  doing those sort of past time design work for myself. I had never intended to set up an array of business with it. However, one day, a friend of mine saw what I was doing and she recommended that I profit from my ‘talent’. She was the one who encouraged me to ‘sell’ my artwork. I was thinking of where I should embed my design on. T-shirts? Cups? Hats? and she told me postcards! I think it’s a brilliant idea and postcard serves a lot purposes other than posting greetings. You’ll see what I meant when I have it all set up and ready for public

Will you be showing us just a few examples of it here?

Not exactly. You don’t want to ruin the surprise now, do you. I’ll be sure to keep you up to date when it’s ready. Looking forward to your fullest support,aye.

Right on. Do you think you will be able to handle the amount of load you have currently right now ? You have a blog to run,  affiliate products to maintain, and now, an internet business on postcards?

I am sure I will be able to handle just fine. Besides, I am always up for a challenge. When I ought to set out on something, I try not to see such discouraging attributes as something that would set me back from what I ought to succeed with. I suppose that is how I have always been. Strong and hard headed =)

What is your plan of action starting an ‘e-commerce’ business from totally new?

Honestly, I don’t really have a rigid strict plan to work with. As long as I prevent from swaying too far away from my initial goal, I am sure I will work out just fine. From there, I will continue to tweak and improve as I go along. I have always been able to work out just fine as so. =)

Speaking of aims, what are your aims exactly?

For overally how I have been working online or just my newly set up postcard business? =P well, my believe my blog and affiliate business is sustainable enough to maintain, as long as there are really no big changes needed. However, my postcard internet business would require some amount of time and effort to be put into. Of course, I hope I could be able to expose my expertise I posses out to the world and make a profit out from it. Who knows, I may be able to develop a whole range of postcard business successfully online in times to come. I have hopes.

More often when it comes to blogging, many of us tend to restrict ourselves with so many limitations that we end up not enjoying one bit of the blogging process. Shouldn’t blogging be fun and rewarding? What happen with the sort of passion we initially possessed during the start? Somehow, it dies off through time and in the end, our content eventually loses its ‘humane’ touch. Eventually, not only do you not get to enjoy writing anymore, you subsequently jeopardize the exertion to set up your blog that you have effortlessly built from scratch.

I have come to realize from the amount of time I have actually spent on reading and finding the next best market niche to work on, the money making niche has somehow subsequently surfaced each time a search has been made. Consistently, we often see how the hyped of such niche has eventually come to go about. Beginners as well as experienced internet marketers alike would leave no room for second thought about the ‘profits’ they would eventually obtain when working around this aspect of play. However, is the making money online niche the only profitable market on the internet? Believe me, there are already countless of possible blogs, information as well as sites dedicated for this and you, starting out fresh at the bottom of the ‘food chain’, may require you to put in much more effort if you ever wish to be a competent player in this niche – unless you would have something to offer of which it differs from the rest of the ‘how to make money online’ sites.

I have got to admit this. I started out working online for the fact that I thought making money on the internet would essentially be easy. Yes, we all hate the life of having a full time 8-5 job and wished that we  could do something about this to make our life a better place to live it. Initially, I didn’t start out making money online by blogging to which I believe many would have. I worked myself up from affiliate marketing instead and whether if I opt in for a blog or not is not the matter. However, as I have struggled my way ‘up’, learning every possible ways and methods there is to make money online through affiliate marketing, I was able to harness new capability such as basic web building, web coding, article writings, etc. Recently, I have decided to launch my first blog – Blogxic.com – to share every bit of my knowledge about making money online to everyone.

Recently, my guest post about “Why you fail as a blogger and how to stay strong in times of failure” is published on John Chow’s blog. Eminently, I emphasize on the importance of ‘failing’ to succeed. I am sure that many would have found it to be very lifting and motivating.
